- Siemens PABX phone unit with 20 extensions, upgradeable to 24. Existing wiring connects all buildings and will allow LAN or other communication.
- All calls will be monitored and billed. Each phone can be closed or opened from office main phone.
- The 70 kW diesel generator guarantees electricity 24 hrs.
Two Pools
- Both pools have separate filter and pump systems.
- The family pool is 40 cm shallow end and 100 cm deep end.
- The family pool is equipped with 2 jacuzzi pumps (3 hp each) that serve 4 seats each.
- The deep pool is 220 deep end and 150 shallow end.

Water supply
- The water tower contains 6000 litre in the upper tank and 4000 in the underground tank.

- 2 Booster pumps yield 6 bars pressure to the plumming system.
Herbal Shop
