This villa looks great with its open spaces, a tasteful concept of form and colour, the garden and pool design all matching. Perfect for the up-market investor who wants a great private villa that can be rented out as well.
Please note that I very rarely use the word “tasteful” – but here one has to.
I would definitely purchase the adjoining land (3,000 m² for 100,000 US$) since I might want to build a second villa for myself or a client/future neighbour.
